Please Note: Produce Farmers Are being allowed a 10'x20' space; this is a 50% savings from PF3 pricing. Each 10’x20’ space will have two 8’ tables. You are required to bring everything else you need for your display. All exhibitors must use a canopy for their display. Early Bird Pricing will end July 31, 2018. Prices increase 15% August 1, 2018. Reminder: all participants are allowed to sell product at PF3 with a Commercial Activity License. Pricing for businesses making less than 1 million annually are $250 per 10'x20' space. Pricing for businesses making greater than 1 million dollars annually are $500 per 10'x20' space. Please note: Electricity is an additional cost.

Number of years participating in Philly Farm and Food Fest
Sampling *
Sampling and selling of food items require the proper permit from the Philadelphia Health Department including an inspection the day of the Fest by the Department of Health. Do you plan on sampling product at the Fest?
Produce must be sold by the count, weight, bunch in legally accepted containers. All containers must identify the net weight of the contents. In order to sell goods at Fest you will need a Commercial Activity License. All prices must be clearly marked, either on a master sign or on each sale item. Will you be selling at PF3?
